PLUTONIC TURTLE

A Collaboration between Buck and WJC, this inspiringly detailed piece combines function and design to create an animated lifelike turtle. The intricate tiles in the shell are WJC’s drawings of the Earth’s plutonic elements that were carefully inlaid by Buck into the turtle’s shell and functional skeleton. This piece houses water upside down and can be righted for appreciation during use.
